Don’t you think that places where you eat and drink should be clean????

We are amazed at some places and how dirty they are….and we have banned cloths in Tea Monkey…basically because we have never seen a clean one yet!!....maybe we are fussy..."but you can’t be too fussy when it comes to cleanliness" (said Howard Hughes!)

Someone once said “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”

It is certainly an area that we feel very strongly about and gathering from the research we have done...so do you!

We also hate going to places where you can’t sit down because every table has dirty plates stacked on it or you end up clearing it yourself...that’s just not good enough and certainly not acceptable...

...so you have our permission and complete understanding if you see any of that nonsense going on in one of our Tea Places...to have a good old moan and demand some action (and at least a free cuppa!)…

Oh...and there is one more thing...whose idea was it to use velour on sofas in public cafes??? ...there’s not a lot that needs to be said that you don’t already know...

We chose our fabric carefully and with ‘easy clean’ as the focus...so that your comfort and health is not compromised.

We promise to keep it clean and we will fail you if we don’t...
